Meds: Without knowing much information, Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Remeron work in a similar fashion on serotonin and norepiphrenin, if you are sleeping fine taking away Remeron may not be a bad idea as it can cause orthostatsis and falls and palpitations. However i dont know your history please consult your md, this is just a guess.

While it may be advisable to simplify your meds the specific choice and how to change the regimen requires a shared decision plan between you and your doctor.
