In moderation : The risk of rupture for this aneurysm is about 0.5%/year based on our current data. Drinking a glass of wine a night should not cause it to rupture, and if it relaxes you and lowers your blood pressure, it should be ok.

Yes: The risk of bleeding is independent of alcohol ingestion to our knowledge and should be low for the near future. We do recommend to keep blood pressure under control and to not smoke.
