Coiling aneurs: Coiled aneursysum does not weaken the vessel if indicated sums then can be undertaken with no problems.

Last night I noticed a nickel sized lump forming on my wrist. I carried heavy bag with it earlier. Tonight it spread, is very painful but ice & diclofenac are helping slightly. Could this be a burst blood vessel? Afraddue to diag. of 2 brain aneurysm?

Can Brain Aneurysms be found with CT Scan and Contrast or must MRI be used to diagnose. I was told my A&E CT scan with Contrast 20 yrs ago showed good blood vessels As my brother was recently diagnosed with Aneurysms would i need tests again?
Took a field vision test at eye doctor's and passed it, as well as the eye exam-vessels healthy.Would this test help detect brain anuerysm, clots, etc.
