Last night i noticed a nickel sized lump forming on my wrist. i carried heavy bag with it earlier. tonight it spread, is very painful but ice & diclofenac are helping slightly. could this be a burst blood vessel? afraddue to diag. of 2 brain aneurysm?

Not feasible to be exact without visualizing your "lump", but the most likely etiology might be development of a ganglion cyst, and rather unlikely to have a "burst blood vessel". Your prior brain aneurysms are not related. See an orthopedic hand specialist.
