So i have had the same excruciating migraine since sep. 30 of last year. we can't figure out why i have it. what would you suggest i do?no meds work.

Not: More likely, it's not a migraine. Make sure you don't have greater occipital neuralgia. Can mimic a migraine (sort of) and doesn't respond to migraine meds. Look it up. I see this frequently missed. A simple injection in the office often helps.
