Either you have: a worse migraine or you have something much worse, like pseudotumor or atypical migraine. Seizures can also cause severe symptoms. If you are not taking any migraine meds, you need to. The "sickness" tablet (which I assume is some antinausea pill) may also contribute to neurological issues if you take enough of them. Either way, you need professional healthcare provider eyes on you.
