Nothing bad: Smooth hepatic contour means no signs of cirrhosis or mass. Echogenicity is sometimes from a vessel on end or a small hemangioma. These are not cancerous or anything to worry about. Hepatopedal means the blood flow to the liver is in the correct direction. In some diseases the flow is reversed or there is loss of flow so this is why they noted the flow direction.
