See your doctor: If taking the medication as prescribed, that is no missed doses, then we expect some improvement. But be sure to complete the therapy and please call /schedule a visit with with your doctor for re-evaluation/care. You may have a bacteria that is resistant to nitrofurantion. There are other options but your doctor may need to run some tests before selecting another antibiotic. Fell better soon.
