Different way: The runny nose from allergies is often controlled by antihistamine (tablet or spray) and nasal steroid. The runny nose from cold is more difficult to control but there is a rx spray which may reduce it significantly. Allergies do not cause a fever unless it is complicated by severe sinusitis.

Well: A true fever is a temperature of 100.4 or more. You don't say what your temperatures are. If you really have frequent fevers you need to see a doctor to find out why. If you are having frequent colds you might be deficient in vitamin d as it is the only vitamin to protect from colds( not c!). If you have allergies take a daily non-drowsy allergy pill. Use a netty pot to clean your nose daily!
