Not clear: But there are simple tests for influenza A and B. If you do have those there is a medicine which helps but only if taken within 72 hours of onset. Go see your doc immediately. If it's a cold, more likely from your description, the old standby is chicken soup (Jewish Penicillin). Good luck!
