More likely allergy: If you have otherwise healthy then the problem is more likely from allergies. Try the OTC steroid nasal spray for several days . If still having problem, see your doctor or an allergist.

Seasonal allergies: most likely you have seasonal allergies.you need to see an allergist and have allergy testing done . meanwhile you can try OTC antihistamines.
