Child with a fever: Yes to the doctor. This is a very young toddler with a fever.

Since there is a fever, these symptoms are unlikely to be caused solely by an allergic reaction. Avoid exposure to pollen since a nasal reaction to pollen can worsen upper respiratory symptoms. Discuss nasal saline drops with your pediatrician. Allergic conditions may be related to genetic predisposition. If the fever persists for more than one and if there is no improvement, discuss COVID 19 test
