What possible diagnoses' does "minor salivary lobules with scattered lymphocytic infiltrates, no acinar atrophy" suggest if not specific to sjogrens?

May be nothing: There are little lymphocyte outposts all over the body. The biopsy neither diagoses sjogren's nor rules it out.
