Sjogrens syndrome: This appears to be a worsening of your Sjogrens condition. An otolaryngologist should evaluate and treat these symptoms. Discuss this with your rheumatologist,also.

Moist inside cheeks, under tongue but top of tongue is constantly very dry (food sticks to it). Chewing xylitol gum doesn't help. Not Sjogrens. Cause?
