Ankle sprain: There is a chance you could play depending on how much pain you are having. I suggest you get a lace up ankle support to wear while you are playing for protection. Also make sure you can run on the ankle before playing.

60% is not healed en: 60% is not stable enough for rugby activities. Even using a brace which could provide some stability may not protect you from re-injury. Best to have your doctor evaluate and advise.....
