Does teething causes pimples on the body of a baby?

No: Teething does not cause pimples on the body.. If they are drooling a lot from teething they may get a drool rash on their cheeks and neck but that is it. Pimples and/or a body rash needs to be evaluated by your pediatrician.

Teething...: ...Can take months. During this time there are always some illnesses or changes, and these are often blamed on teething, for no reason.
