Foul taste almost certainly means a draining infection. See a dentist immediately to be treated.

Foul taste may indicate infection. Serious. Self resolving "pimple" on tongue may be aphthous ulcer. Not serious. But the possible infection is serious. Please return to your Dentist for appropriate treatment.
