No: Extensive epidemiologic studies have not demonstrated a statistically significant association between traumatic brain injury and brain tumors. At one time, meningiomas were thought to be associated with brain injury, but that has not been substantiated. Also, there have not been any experimental models that link the tbi and brain tumors.
