Follow established : Depends on smoking, infection, enviornment history & size of nodule. At ~1.2 cm, ct or pet-ct may be indicated in 3 mos. With hi suspicion and no prior nodule, could biopsy now. Else consider that if repeat scans in 9-12 then 24 mos are all stable, then could stop scans.
