Is it ok to just have follow up cystoscopies with bladder cancer stage ta grade 3?

Bladder Cancer: That only invades the mucosa can be managed my biopsy, removal and f/u cysto and urinary cytology. When the grade is 3 or it recurs, but does not invade the muscle, bcg or chemotherapy instillation is common. Muscle invading bladder cancer usually involves much more.
