See you doctor: Steroid shots in the actual nose can be for scar control post rhinoplasty. It usually can cause a local effect, if any ( redness, depigment, swelling or depression in the skin). It can have some systemic effects but very rare, and they may include some feelings of anxiety, heart racing, glucose elevation, however all of these are usually transient and mostly unnoticeable. See your doctor.
