How do to use a nasal steroid spray. i feel like i'm doing it wrong everytime i use it cause i can taste it. how far do you stick it in your nose?

Doing right: Stick the nasal spray as far as it will go in gently. If you are tasting it it is fine. The medicine can flow thru back of your nose into throat and that is how you are tasting it. You are doing it right. Do not use medicine more than the prescribed amount
