Hello, the back of my neck has been in constant pain when I'm not sleeping. It's usually on the left side and I also experience chest pain constantly, pressure on my head, dizziness, shortness of breathe, anxiety, and general discomfort.
When I sleep on my left side I get a bad head ache so I tried to go to the right but I get real dizzy when I do can any one help ?
