Drug interaction: There is drug interaction as Amoxicillin if used with Methotrexate can sometime increase the blood level and effect of methotrexate.It may give increased side effects of Methotrexate as nausea, vomiting, mouth ulcers, and low blood count.

Yes you can....: I have never encountered a problem using these two agents together, provided your renal and hepatic functions are within normal limits.
