I take methotrexate 7.5mg a week. i've heard not to take ibuprofen/ aspirin & amoxicillin b/c it rises mtx levels but i've been told to take these?

Methotrexate: all of these drugs may increase your methotrexate levels. if you need to take those drugs it is safer at the lower rheumatologic dose vs the higher chemo dosed. It is suggested that when using these drugs with methotrexate follow your CBC.
