Call your doctor: Talk to your doctor. This may be a resistant or unusual type of infection. This may also be a part of your child's disease or an allergy rather than an infection. Sometimes your doctor may temporarily stop Methotrexate until infections are cured. The proper course depends on your child's underlying diagnosis, dose of methotrexate, and sinus symptoms.
