Diabetes: If that level is accurate, it likely means diabetes. You don't say whether it is fasting or after a meal, but even after a meal that level is too high. See your doctor.

Glucose levels : In order to diagnose diabetes you need more than one sample of random glucose testing, or oral glucose test or Hemoglobin A1C Test. One random glucose level is insufficient to answer your questions. You didn't mention if you were fasting or not at the time this glucose levels were obtained. Please see your internist or family doctor for adequate diabetes test.
