Nasal fracture: Yes, a non-displaced nasal fracture will heal without intervention. Even a displaced fracture will heal, although it usually heals in the wrong spot. Just be careful of further nasal trauma as the nasal bones, in their already weakened state, could shift into an undesireable location.

Nasal fracture: Nasal fractures, like all other bone fractures, take about six weeks to be as strong as they were prior to the fracture. Also, like all fractures, the bones will get stronger than they were before the fracture. Feel better!
