4 - 8 weeks: A nasal fracture should largely heal within 4 - 8 weeks. If there is significant displacement of the fracture, there may be a possibility that the fracture may not heal, so see your physician if symptoms persist.

Weeks to months: A nasal fracture is in the initial phases of healing 4-6 weeks after the trauma, but may take up to several weeks or a few months more for swelling and complete recovery as everyone heals at different rates. Best of luck.
