Tonsils with red: Red streaks on the tonsils could be several possibilities. The first concern would be possible infection or even inflammation. Could be a burning from acid reflux if you have heart burn. Could also be prominent blood vessels on or near the surface of the tonsils. Best to have this all looked at so you can get treatment, if it's needed.
