Vascular,arthritis?: There could b many reasons for cold affecting your ankles. Lack of circulation either from vascular disease or a hereditary condition called raynauds. Arthritis may also b aggravated by cold. You need to seek out a foot and ankle specialist for a complete exam.

Arthritis?: It's possible that arthritis can cause pain with temperature changes and pressure changes in the atomsphere. Youve heard of people having more pain in there joints when it rains? You also might want to get check for circulation issues.
