No: Squeezing things like this is a good way to introduce infection, or, if infection is already present, it's a good way to push it into deeper tissues. Please don't squeeze! i like over the counter cortisone cream for this sort of bite.

No: Squeezing breaks down skin which is a natural barrier for infection. Broken skin creates a portal for possible infections.
