Infection: Although it could be a bug bite, there is concern about a skin lesion that fails to resolve. If it is a bite, it could be infected. If it's not a bite, one of the increasingly common infections that initially appears like a bite is MRSA skin infection. Since either case may require antibiotics, you should see your physician for an accurate diagnosis.
