Roseola is a viral: Roseola is a short term viral skin rash. Psoriasis is an inherited scaling skin disease with no cure that can come and go over a lifetime. Many factors affect it. Many treatments are available.

Roseola: Roseola is a viral infection suffered by toddlers . The skin rash usually appears after a child's temperature has normalized after having had fever for several days, they look like tine red dots first noted on the torso and eventually spreading to the rest of the body. Psoriasis is an inherited lifelong skin condition that it is not contagious like roseola (only to toddlers)..
