Exam needed: No exam, no sex without condoms. Period. Advise consult with dermatology if possible. If not, consider Urology or Family Practice. May be easily treatable with a topical med, but until you have a solid diagnosis, treatment options are limited.

Want to add just saw photos of psoriatic-appearing disc-like lesions as syphyllis presentation in NEJM. Another reason to go to doc and get an RPR and biopsy.

Possible: Psoriasis can appear on the genitals and the penis in particularly. Usually penile psoriasis is a red scaly rash while HPV causes warty growths.
