Tylenol (acetaminophen): Consult your OB about medications, but you should have the cavity taken care of by a dentist immediately. It is completely safe to have this done during pregnancy. It is important that you do not develop an abscess and that you eliminate your pain, not temporarily mask it.

Ob & DDS: You need to see a dentist asap and they need to consult with your ob/gyn doctor to coordinate your treatment. Emergency treatment can be performed if your ob/gyn doctor concurs. I've taken out teeth while patient was in labor, i don't care to do that ever again, but needed to be done. See your dentist.
