First things first: You need to be evaluated by a dentist to determine why you have a toothache. Deep cavity? Broken filling? Dead nerve? Gum problem? Fractured tooth? Once you are diagnosed, minimally invasive treatment can be started to treat your problem. Pregnant women can be treated to help prevent more serious complications later on. Dentist first: Meds in general should be limited in pregnancy. There are relatively safe drugs. Ask OB doc while awaiting DDS appointment.
