Oral surgery: may be needed because your took extraction situation is more complicated than usual. Consider getting a second opinion from another dentist. That profession has really evolved and you can get good care. Peace and good health. If you are pregnant, be sure they know.

And your question is: If Dentist recommended that you see an Oral Surgeon he meant for you to go immediately. You don't mention how long ago you were "6 months pregnant." If you are pregnant, and require an extraction, treatment by a specialist is wise. So thank your very wise Dentist. See the Specislist as soon as possible to evaluate your problem and accomplish the appropriate treatment.
