Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Ice: THose two are safest for your unborn child. If it does not help, see dentist if you can. Do NOT use Advil, Motrin, Aleve, (naproxen) Aspirin....they can harm your unborn child. Best of luck. Dr R

See your dentist: Let him/her determine what the problem might be. If you need treatment they will consult with your OBGYN. Pregnancy is not a contraindication to necessary dental care... better off preventing a serious infection or severe pain than trying to treat it once you are in unbearable tooth pain and going into labor. Nothing your dentist does will harm your baby.

Visit your dentist: Pregnancy is not a reason to defer emergency dental care or treatment. Dental local anesthesia and treatment are safe and essential during pregnancy. Delaying oral care can have serious consequences.

Call your Dentist: Dental treatment during pregnancy is safe for both you and your baby. Having an infection is not. Before this gets out of hand call your Dentist for competent professional help.
