Root canal: Not sure what you mean by root canal reoccurring. Your nerve was killed and the root canal was filled, so there should be no reoccurring of the canal, unless infection develops in it especially when the crown gets loose but that's not what i or you would wish.

Trying to understand: You've had root canal therapy on a tooth together with a crown, but it is uncomfortable.. In what way? Pressure? Irritated gums? The bite? The size? You've also been to someone else for a second opinion, but you don't want to go anywhere else? And what is going to reoccur? Please restate with a bit more info so that we can help.

RCT tooth- OK?: If i understand your question, although you had rct and a crown on a tooth, it doesn't feel completely comfortable and you are aware of it (unlike your other teeth)? There could be many reasons for this and without getting into a big list of possibilities, i suggest that you see an(other) endodontist for a consult\2nd opinion, preferably one that has cbct (3d imaging) to detect possible causes.
