Joint pain : Back pain with gradual onset of rest of joint pains is suggestive of insidious onset of inflammatory joint disease . Though it can be due to various other causes do consult a rheumatologist for detailed evaluations as early diagnosis can help treatment of such disorders.

Possible arth, but: Possible arthritis, but fibromyalgia also needs to be considered. Rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthropathy and crystal arthritis can occasionally do this, as can certain viral infections.
