Systemic arthritis: You are describing an early collagen disease with systemic arthritic symptoms. See an internist for further diagnostic (HLA27, plain x-rays of spine, hands and pelvis, MRIs and others) and therapeutic (corticosteroid and others) tests. Good Luck.
