Not sure as your: Heart rate and BP are both within normal ranges.

Pulse pressure: Generally agree with dr. Koch. Your physician may be concerned with what's called "pulse pressure". http://goo.gl/mqo7jx whatever the case of concern, you should discuss further with your physician to learn more about your specific health.

Not sure.: A normal range would usually be between 90 & below 120 for the top number & betwen 60 & below 80 for the bottom number. I wish my BP was as good as yours. Ask your doctor what the specific concern was.
