How does the doctor checks the pulse of the victim so fast when he is not keeping well...i mean dr. keeps his hand on the vains and takes away..?

Not sure about ?: It takes 6-10 seconds minimum to estimate some ones heart rate....If done without monitors md needs to be feeling & counting pulse to estimate.
