Not advisable: Leaves of m. Pruriens contain l-dopa, a precursor to the neurotransmitter dopamine. The l-dopa content increases when extracts are prepared. L-dopa converts into dopamine, an important brain chemical involved in mood, sexuality, and movement. Prozac (fluoxetine) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressant, and affects chemicals in the brain. Interactions between the two have not been studied.

Why do this?: Ground mucuna pruriens seeds have been used in ayurvedic medicine for parkinson's disease (pd). Studies show they contain l-dopa, and may provide advantages over standard l-dopa in pd. http://tinyurl.com/o8598e4 but you don't list parkinson's in your conditions, so why take it? There are no direct medicinal interactions, but serotonin and Dopamine interact in the nervous system. Steer clear.
