I have crohn's disease...lately i've been craving sweets. i am not diabetic, but had ketones in my urine yesterday. what could cause this?

Losing weight: Ketones in the urine are usually a sign of dieting or losing weight. In the absence of glucose in the urine it has nothing to do with diabetes.
