Rhinitis: You could have chemical sensitivity to the smoke. Some people are allergic to alcohol. Best to see your physician to assess this more closely. In the meantime, encourage you not to drink or smoke any form of tobacco.

LIsten to Yourself: How about you put on your doctor and thinking cap and read your question out loud to yourself. Can you body get any louder in trying to tell you that you are harming it? It is screaming at you. Stop smoking. Stop drinking. Pay attention when you body is trying to talk to you.
