Inflammation: Unfortunately, all we can tell from your labs/hx is that there is an ongoing inflammatory process. The three big categories are infection, autoimmune, and malignancy, although in your age group an autoimmune cause would be far more common than cancer. As you continue your workup with your doctor you may consider a rheumatology consult.
