It should: Basic cxr should show a lung cancer of any size. If there's any change in symptoms, a follow up cxr for comparison might be appropriate. Your ct would have a basic plain film at the outset. All your symptoms and tests are non specific, so keep working with your medical team. Focus on a good healthy lifestyle while work up continues.
