Rubella IgM...: ...Is probably detectable because of a relatively recent immunization; the igg is measured in different units in different places, but this is a parameter you want to be high as it reflects immunity to this disease. Low rubella igg would suggest doing the MMR shot first, then waiting 3 mo before trying to become pregnant.
